Every order and figure in these sample files was invented. The sample demonstrates the format and arithmetic, and provides no evidence of customer results.
Method and data
Keep the sample and full period separate.
Gross booked revenue is item revenue after discounts plus shipping charged, before refunds and excluding pass-through tax. Each order receives an allocation of the period’s Etsy Ads spend according to its share of whole-shop gross booked revenue for that same period.
This allocation does not establish that advertising caused an order or produced incremental sales. We do not extrapolate the sample into a full-month profit figure. Cash deposits are not revenue.
Remove buyer identities, bank or card details and login information before sharing records. Replace order identifiers with labels such as Order 01. Read the data and deletion policy.
Questions before you apply
When do I pay?
After we manually confirm fit, review your redacted records and confirm that the required inputs are complete. Payment is not available yet. An application or file upload does not create a paid order.
What if my records are incomplete?
We ask for clarification before requesting payment. If inputs are unusable or we cannot perform the review before work begins, we refund any payment.
Do you need access to my Etsy account?
We work from the required redacted records and cost inputs you provide. Keep your Etsy login and buyer details private.
Will this increase sales or profit?
The review provides calculations and comparisons for a decision you make. Sales, profit improvements and advertising outcomes are not guaranteed. This is a contribution review, rather than tax, accounting or legal advice.
How long can I use the private upload link?
An invitation lasts seven days. Email hi@etsycollege.com to request a fresh invitation if it expires. Active files expire 30 days after upload and are removed by daily cleanup, which may take up to 24 additional hours. Applications are retained for 90 days.
