Service terms

Scope and acceptance

This English pilot is for US-based shops selling handmade or custom physical products in USD, with 20–100 orders in the past 30 days and an Etsy Ads or international-shipping cost question. We review the latest 20 consecutive orders from that period, including refunded and canceled entries. An application is a request for a manual fit check; it is not an acceptance, reservation or paid order. First-batch capacity is three reviews.

Before payment

We manually confirm fit and data readiness, then invite redacted files through the private portal. We confirm that required inputs are complete and usable before inviting $79 USD payment. Checkout is currently unavailable. You will not be charged through the application or upload form. Any payment invitation must follow the required checks.

Price and deliverables

The fixed $79 USD price is paid once for one review. It includes an editable workbook, one page of findings, two scenario comparisons and one 15-minute review call. We arrange the call at a mutually agreed time. Additional orders, repeated reviews or additional work require a separate agreement.

Timing and corrections

We deliver the files within three business days after both complete usable inputs and confirmed payment. Business days are Monday–Friday, using UTC. The delivery clock begins when both conditions are met. Send clarification questions and corrections relating to that review within seven calendar days of delivery. If a required input changes or needs clarification, we will agree any effect on timing with you.

Inputs and calculation limits

You are responsible for providing accurate redacted records, actual fees and direct costs. Unknown costs remain missing until clarified. The measure is contribution after direct labor and allocated Etsy Ads, before fixed overhead and income tax. Whole-period ad allocation is a stated modeling assumption; it does not prove an ad caused a sale. The sample is not a whole-month or whole-business profit statement.

Cancellation and refunds

Before work begins, we refund your payment if the inputs are unusable or the reviewer cannot perform the review. Contact us before the work begins if you wish to cancel. Once work has begun, contact us about the specific issue so we can discuss corrections and any appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that apply by law.

Files and access

Upload only redacted records you are entitled to share. Maximum five files, 1 MiB per file and 5 MiB total; CSV, XLSX, PDF, PNG and JPEG are accepted. Keep the seven-day private invitation confidential. Active files expire 30 days after upload and are removed by daily cleanup, which may take up to 24 additional hours; application records expire after 90 days and are removed by daily cleanup, which may take up to 24 additional hours. Decisions and independence

The review provides arithmetic and scenario comparisons to support your own business decisions. It does not guarantee increased sales, profit or advertising performance.
